LOVELY HEART MAID CAFÉOkaerinasaimase goshujinsama, ojousama! We are Lovely Heart Maid Cafe, a Hampton Roads based maid cafe event group formed by fans of anime, Akihabara, and all things moe! We are inspired by maid cafes in Japan such as @home Cafe and Maidreamin and want to bring the experience to Hampton Roads!
What is a maid cafe exactly?
A maid cafe is a themed restaurant originating in Akihabara, Tokyo, Japan, where servers dress as maids and treat guests as Masters or Princesses. Maids greet customers with “Welcome home, Master!” to create a warmer atmosphere. Many guests use maid cafes to de-stress after a long day and relax by playing games, watching performances, or even just talking about the hobbies they share with maids.

Where will we be located at NekoCon?
The Maid Cafe will be located at the Cyprus Grille Restaurant in the Embassy Suites Hampton Roads – Hotel, Spa, and Convention Center (right next door to the Hampton Roads Convention Center)!
 
We will not be taking reservations, so feel free to stop by the restaurant during the hours of operation.

NV Host Club is a Hampton Roads based host club whose goal is to entertain the nightlife crowd at conventions. Inspired by hostess and host clubs in Japan, their goal is to bring the experience to Hampton Roads!
What is a host club exactly?A host clubs is a common staple of night-time entertainment in Japan and other East Asian countries. They employ primarily male staff and cater to patrons seeking drinks and attentive conversation. Many guests use host clubs to decompress after a long day by enjoying light-hearted conversations and entertainment.
Where will the Host Club be located at NekoCon? The Host Club will be located at the Cyprus Grille Restaurant in the Embassy Suites Hampton Roads – Hotel, Spa, and Convention Center (right next door to the Hampton Roads Convention Center)!

What are the requirements for entry? Please note that this event is 21+ only, and will require a valid government-issued photo ID to enter. A dress code for both Friday and Saturday is established and must be followed to enter the club.

Dress Code: Shirt, bottoms & Shoes are required at all times. The restaurant and staff have authority to remove you from the event if needed.

Friday Semi- Formal Attire: 
What is allowed: Black tie formal wear, Mens suits, Button down dress shirt and dress slacks, tie and belt highly recommended (Shirts must be tucked in), a jacket is also recommended., Formal Military attire, Ballgowns, Kimono’s and traditional Asian clothing as long as it is formal, Prom/wedding style dresses/cocktail dresses, Formal period clothing (no casual period clothing), Dressy Separates, Mens dress shoes, Womens pumps/heels/dress shoes
Absolutely NO::
T-shirts or casual shirts, jeans, sneakers, bare feet, flip-flops, large props, weapons (real or fake), large wings, mascot costumes, kigus, spiked belts, masks or headgear that obstruct your vision, costumes made from fishnets, other sheer material, armor, chainmail, or duct tape.

Have you wanted to attend an NV Host Club event but somehow found a way to miss it? This panel gives you an opportunity to meet the hosts outside of the club and get to know them!  All attendees must be 16+ and raffle prizes will be given throughout the program!

What is allowed: T-Shirts or casual shirts, jeans, sneakers, flip-flops, kigus, spiked belts, Halloween costumes
*This is our casual club attire night, please be mindful of NekoCon’s dress code rules.*

NekoCon's resident maids from Lovely Planet are proud to present the THIRD LOVELY LIVE. Featuring a showcase of music, dance, and more; this is a unique and fun panel experience for all. Attendees are encouraged to cheer, sing along, and wave glow-sticks at this special event!
